Dear Parent or Guardian,

On this page, you will find important downloadable information from the Lowell Public Schools or the Lincoln School. If you lose or misplace an important communication from us, you can look on this space for the document or for a link to where you can find what you need.

Remember to check your student's weekly communication folder every Monday evening. On Mondays, I will send information home that you should review. Some examples are unit tests or other assessments for your child, field trip notices, or our monthly newsletter. If something needs your signature, it will be marked "sign and return". Please return the folder and any paperwork requiring your signature by the next school day.

You will also notice that on the front of the folder there is a summary sheet. If you have a brief comment, feel free to write it in the parent comment box. I will also mark how many "Green Days" your child achieved during the prior week. I hope you will make note of this report and reinforce your child's achievements positively.

Over the first weeks of school, I will contact each family to check in. If you have a particular time of day that would be more conducive to a brief conversation with me, please let me know and I will make every attempt to accommodate that. If you prefer, we can meet face to face and you can share your concerns or questions with me then.

As always, should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email me (abisson@lowell.k12.ma.us) or send a note. You are also free to leave a telephone callback number with our secretary, Mrs. Normandie; however, if I am teaching, I will need to return your call after school hours.

l know that with your help and collaboration, we can make this the best learning environment for your child. I am looking forward to meeting your child and working with you throughout this school year.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Bisson
